  • As our products are customizable we cannot refund you if something is wrong.
  • Refunds and Returns will not be accepted.
  • You can’t change your order once paid for!

Damaged items

Arabian Jewellery will not be held liable for losses or damage due to unforeseeable circumstances.

All products are handmade and in great condition when we pack and ship them.

Once items have been handed to the courier for delivery or items have been removed from the premises, it remains the client’s responsibility.
